The zeolite wheel is the front-end adsorption link of the entire treatment system, playing a crucial role. Its main body is a rotating wheel filled with adsorbent (zeolite), cleverly divided into three functional areas: adsorption zone, regeneration zone, and cooling zone. Zeolite, as a porous material with a special structure, has a huge specific surface area and good adsorption performance, and has strong adsorption ability for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in organic waste gas.

When high air volume and low concentration organic waste gas is introduced into the adsorption zone through a blower, the VOCs in the waste gas are quickly adsorbed by zeolite, like a sponge absorbing water, and the gas is purified before being discharged. As the impeller continues to rotate at a stable speed of 1-6 revolutions per hour, the zeolite region that adsorbs VOCs gradually rotates to the regeneration zone. In the regeneration zone, by introducing a heat flow of about 200 ℃, the adsorbed VOCs are desorbed from the surface of the zeolite, and the zeolite is regenerated. The regenerated zeolite is then cooled to room temperature by air blowing in the cooling zone, and then rotated to the adsorption zone to begin a new round of adsorption work. In this cycle, the zeolite wheel achieves continuous adsorption and concentration of organic waste gas, converting high air volume and low concentration waste gas into low air volume and high concentration waste gas, laying the foundation for subsequent efficient treatment.

RTO 內(nèi)部設有特制的陶瓷蓄熱體,這些陶瓷蓄熱體在廢氣處理過程中扮演著能量儲存與釋放的關(guān)鍵角色。當經(jīng)過沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪濃縮后的高濃度小風量廢氣進入 RTO 處理系統(tǒng)時,首先進入蓄熱室 A 的陶瓷介質(zhì)層。此時,陶瓷釋放出之前儲存的熱量,廢氣吸收熱量后溫度迅速升高,隨后進入氧化室。在氧化室中,有機廢氣由燃燒器進一步加熱升溫至設定的氧化溫度 800℃以上,在此高溫環(huán)境下,VOCs 充分分解,實現(xiàn)了有機廢氣的深度凈化。凈化后的氣體離開氧化室后,流經(jīng)另一蓄熱室 B 的陶瓷介質(zhì)層,將熱量傳遞給陶瓷蓄熱體,自身溫度下降,達到排放標準后排放到大氣中。隨著時間的推移,通過切換閥或者旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置,蓄熱室 A 和 B 的功能相互轉(zhuǎn)換,A 室進入蓄熱階段,B 室則進行放熱和清掃程序,周而復始,連續(xù)工作。這種獨特的蓄熱設計使得 RTO 在處理廢氣過程中能夠高效回收熱量,大大降低了能源消耗,提高了熱效率,熱效率可高達 95% 以上。

The RTO is equipped with specially designed ceramic thermal storage bodies, which play a crucial role in energy storage and release during the exhaust gas treatment process. When the high concentration low wind exhaust gas concentrated by the zeolite wheel enters the RTO treatment system, it first enters the ceramic medium layer of the heat storage chamber A. At this point, the ceramic releases the previously stored heat, and the exhaust gas absorbs the heat, causing a rapid increase in temperature before entering the oxidation chamber. In the oxidation chamber, the organic waste gas is further heated by the burner to a set oxidation temperature of over 800 ℃. In this high-temperature environment, VOCs are fully decomposed, achieving deep purification of the organic waste gas. After the purified gas leaves the oxidation chamber, it flows through the ceramic medium layer of another heat storage chamber B, transferring heat to the ceramic heat storage body. Its temperature drops and it is discharged into the atmosphere after meeting the emission standards. Over time, by switching valves or rotating devices, the functions of heat storage chambers A and B are switched to each other. Chamber A enters the heat storage stage, while chamber B undergoes heat release and cleaning procedures, repeating the cycle and working continuously. This unique thermal storage design enables RTO to efficiently recover heat during the treatment of exhaust gas, greatly reducing energy consumption and improving thermal efficiency, which can reach over 95%.
